Aw, here, have 2

I think I've done my crying for my miscarriage and am now just blocking it out, concentrating on trying again. Everytime I think about my miscarriage, I still feel this sense of shock and sadness so I'm just trying to think about the future now rather than the past xxxx

Please dont stop yourself from grieving, its the most normal thing, dont worry. We all have good days and bad, but the old cliche is true = things will look and feel better with time. For now, take sometime for yourselves. Thinking of you both

I too feel the same so you girls are not alone. I found out i lost my twins late December, a scan confirmed this on 9th Jan. Had a D+C on 12th Jan and at first i could not stop crying! Then i would feel empty and numb, like it was happening to someone else! Now i have the odd day when i feel so alone and depressed and other days i feel like nothing as ever happend! Think this is because i am trying to block it out!

I feel i am ready to go back to work so got a back to work note for monday. I think this will help take my mind off things as i have just been sat at home (well not exactly i have decorated the kitchen over the past 2 days! still not finished so going to do the glossing tomorrow)!!

Vik
Ps. sorry for your losses also.
xx
