Hi there im just throwing this out there in the hope that you lovely ladies will be able to share some of your thoughts/experiences...im so sorry for all your losses and that any of us should be on here at all...
I have had 2 mmc at 7 weeks after seeing hb at 6 weeks...doctors have brushed it all off as bad luck and told me to get on with it as i am getting on a bit (im 29).
After several desperate visits to my GP he finally gave in and said he would do some basic blood tests just to shut me up i think...the surgery has called and they want me to go in monday to discuss my results they wouldnt say what was up except high white blood cell count...im am now more stressed than ever!
I have read on the net (i know i shouldnt) that it can be a sign of infection but now im wondering if its possible that this has something to do with my mc's..the blood was taken 4 weeks after my mc (1 day after a bfn)...it may or may not have anything to do with my mc's but just wondering if anybody had any thoughts...thanks...xxx

I'm horrible for looking up things on the internet as well and trying my own self-diagnosis. I always think it's the worst. Although I'm not sure if an infection is the only reason for a high white blood cell count, I can tell you that I had an infection after my miscarriage. My doc said it was probably from the miscarriage. It spread to my bladder as well and sure caused a lot of pain. As if we haven't suffered enough . I've only just finished the antibiotics and so far it looks like it's cleared up.

Thanks for your reply sorry to hear that you are having such a rubbish time of it also ....as if we dont have enough to contend with...im such a worrier i always think the worst im just going to try and forget about it until monday...i am going to query where there could be a link between this and my mc although there probably is not....think i am trying to find a reason for my mc's when there probably is no answer..im just finding it so hard to accept the bad luck theory.....thank you xxx
