Hi kat

Firstly big and I'm sorry you are going through this.

I'm trying to keep busy although sometimes I don't have the motivation and tbh sometimes I do just want to sit and think about the baby I'll never get to meet.

I've got lots of supportive people around me but only one of them has been through a miscarriage. Everybody else means well but they don't know what it's like so don't know what to say. It's hardest with my fiancé, I do understand what you're saying you feel like you've let him down but you really haven't. You can take all the advice in the world on what you should and shouldn't be doing but it still cannot prevent this from happening if it happens. I'm really sorry. I have done everything by the book this time except occasionally when me and my fiancé had a row I wondered if I should be bringing a baby into our lives-now I've lost it I feel like I'm to blame. Just gotta keep busy and give it time xx

Hiya, big to you too..you are definitely not to blame hun, you really must not think that,i think most people have little feelings like that when you row etc so please dont blame yourself ! like you said theres nothing you can do unfortunatly, that doesnt make it any easier though. i know what you mean about motivation,i have to get out for the dogs or i dont think id get out of bed, its hard im still waiting for things to get going..just want to try to move on
Hope you start to feel better soon, am here if you want to chat anytime xxxx
