TTC after losing baby

Hi everyone

our son was born sleeping at 23 weeks in January this year. I had had a textbook pregnancy but in the 24 hours preceeding his birth our wee man crushed his umbilical cord and sent me into labour. Throughout my labour we clung on to the hope that he may make it but he died shortly before finally being born. We know now that had he survived, his quality of life would have been very poor due to his cord restriction.

We are now ttc again and I have posted elsewhere about advice about when to test (am cd33 of 32- 36 day cycle). Am just wondering how others have got on ttc after a loss. I am 32 and some days it feels like we may never have a living child- just lookign for some advice etc.

Sorry for your loss hun There are so many different things involved in TTC hun especially after a loss. Have your cycles returned to anything like normal? If so when do you ovulate and how long are your cycles ??

Hi Lesley,

My son was stillborn at 28 wks in January this year due to a cord accident. I'm now pregnant again, so if you want to chat, I'd be happy to help out if I can.
