Hi everyone!

I started spotting April 1st and went for a ultrasound and I heard my baby's heart beat.. Stopped bleeding the next day. Started bleeding again April 7th but this time I had really bad cramps for 2hours then they stopped so I went to the restroom and I Miscarried(9wks). I went for another ultrasound later that day and it showed that everything had passed. I was so devastated since we had been ttc for 6months.

My Dr. said that we can TTC right away. So I bled till April 13th(6days). Started having unprotected sex(with husband) 2 days after I had stopped bleeding.

Now its been 5weeks 4 days since I miscarried and still no sign of . I been feeling like I'm pregnant again(tired, nauseous, dizzy, moody) but I took a Home pregnancy test this morning(clear Blue) and it said "Not Pregnant".

So I have a few questions....
How long did it take you to get your AF after mc? How soon can you find out about a new pregnancy? Is anyone is the same boat as me?

Hiya hun, so sorry for your loss. I m/c 22nd Nov 07 (1st af 5 weeks later) and found out i pregnant again 18th Jan but sadly i m/c that one as well on 22nd Jan. Everyone is different hun, hope you get really soon!!

Mine was about 5 and a half weeks later. I hear 4-6 wks is average but u can be sooner or later.

I'm now 6wks (44days)past my mc! Still no sign of AF so I called my Dr. and she said she wants to see me today. I took a cheapie HPT this morning and still negative so I’m worried of what she is going to tell me. I'm thinking I'm going to reschedule for next week to see if my AF arrives. How's everyone doing?

Hi, I am currently waiting for my AF too, I am 35 days now since first started to miscarry, been bleeding on and off for the whole time so not really sure when I will know when I start AF!! the doc told me yesterday to expect very heavy bleeding once it starts so I guess that is all I have to go on! I would do as you think and re-schedule in the hope you start before then, have they given you any idea what can be done if you don't start?

hi sweatpea, i'd been wondering how you were getting on!

well, AF took 45 days for me (My cycle is normally 31 - i mc'd at 10 weeks)

It was a relief though, and sad too. All ok now though. I did wonder if there was another reason for being so late, so when finally came, i was probably more upset that i would have been a week earlier.

Currently counting down to the next time i get to test!

I took a clear blue test an hour ago and it said "Not Pregnant" so I called my Dr. and rescheduled my app. to May 29th. That way I give my AF 7 and a half weeks to arrive. I think I’ll be disappointed if AF does come because I been feeling pregnant but then I'll be so relieved of this WAITING GAME!

i know how you feel sweetie!! The waiting is horrible!! i was just over 5 weeks waiting for AF!!

I can honestly say that for me i was a little disappointed for a few minutes when the arrived because i would have been so happy for it to have been a that was keeping the at bay!!

But honestly i was massively relieved as i knew it was a fresh start and it was the best i had felt since the m/c.

Hi Sweetpea, i miscarried in Jan this year, the bleeding took 2 weeks to stop, i then had 2 periods in FEb, whichwere about 2 weeks apart. I then had nothing for 10 & 1/2 weeks, i was so hopeful that i was pregnant finally had a scan which showed nothing and i finally came on a week after that.
Unfortunatley a miscarriage can cause havoc with your cycle, and ur periods may be out of sync. It just takes time.
