My first af after stillborn

Well, what a non event this is turning out to be. I was armed with feminine products expecting out and out warfare and it's actually a lot lighter than my normal af. I suppose it's just like heavy spotting really, still got bad cramps though!

I asked somewhere about it and they said it's a mixture of hormones and stress over losing Beau and it should return to normal, so fingers crossed it does.
