I'm Currently Feeling: | Yeah thanks ladies, starting to feel normal too, I won't go back to work till after 1/2 term as I'm a supply teacher and my follow up isn't till a week Friday. We are also waiting for the first AF to arrive before we try again, just wanna make sure my body is ok and running as it should be. Hope I meet you Happy on the other board when we both have BFP's....again. xxx | | | | Status: Online

xxx | Hey no such thing as chickening out by opting for ERPC!! I feel like I chickened out by saying I didn't want ERPC and after my MM deciding to wait and see if I completed naturally! I think we are all brave having to endure m/c whichever way we choose | | | | Status: Online

Here is some dust for us all!! | Well after feeling much better and going back to work this week we have been thinking about trying again very soon. I only had 2 days of bleeding so i've been all clear for a week now, we are starting to think maybe we should just get back on the bandwagon and not bother waiting for AF.
I think the longer I go on without anything happening in the bedroom department the more i will put off wanting to become pregnant because i'm scared of m/c again. My OH says its entirely my decision but i'm sure undecided what to do. If I dont wait for AF and somethin awful happens again i'll wonder if its my fault but then if I take ages to conceive after waiting i'll wonder if we should just have got on with it whilst i'm super fertile? So confused | | | | Status: Offline

There's no rhyme or reason to it all. You've just got to do what feels right. As far as I know (based on internet reading so it comes with a health warning), there's no physical reason why you shouldn't try straight away (before AF). The only reason docs suggest waiting is for ease of dating and just to make sure your mentally ready. If I'm wrong on this (I know reading the internet for information is filled with potential issues) I'd love for someone to let me know.
I'm still a way off that stage but I already know I'm going to be in the same boat. I can't imagine using contraception when we so want a child. It's all so confusing.
btw. Is it scientifically true that you are more fertile just after a m/c or pregnancy? Just a question as I don't know the answer. | | | | Status: Offline
