HCG Levels :/

Hi, As some of you know my story so far is not too good.

My HCG levels on Friday were 66 (at approx 4 wks + 1 day) and on Tuesday were 110 at (4 weeks + 5 days)

The doc says this is low and prob miscarrying, as I am now bleeding heavier and red with very small clots.

But shouldn't it be going down not up?! Soooo confused...

Going back tomorrow for another test so will get the results on Friday.....

I'm not liking this waiting game of not knowing whats happening to my own body and baby.....really getting me down now

kind of just want to know now either way!!! Arghhhh

xxx

So sorry to hear what you are going through have they not suggested scanning you in epac to try to see whats going on as your levels have gone up and when you are miscarrying they go down at least i know mine did i started to bleed at 7 weeks on a friday had to wait til monday for a scan they took my blood to check hcg it was 4000 and when they checked it again 48 hrs later hcg was down to 776 so sounds odd if you are miscarrying would get back onto them x

Some people bleed heavily and still go on to full term so maybe there is hope for you if your hgc levels are rising?

I'm so sorry you are going through this. This also happened to me... Mine had went up too but my Dr. said they need to double every 48 hours. So I'm guessing they told you that because your numbers should of been in the mid 200s. Mine had only went up by 20% in 48hrs and I miscarried a week later. I hope you don't have the same outcome. I'll definitely have my fingers crossed for you! Take it easy!
