xx | Please don't think that hun, I know your going through it at the moment, but you have great strength, you know the saying 'what doesn't kill us makes us stronger' I believe in this fully, it's not an easy thing we're all going through and you'll probably have good and bad days but don't beat yourself up about it, it's fine to feel like that sometimes, do you feel any better today?

I feel like im in a daze really, I have no interest in food & am having trouble sleeping/having nightmares when I do manage to sleep.
I can't face leaving the house yet either (incase i bump into someone who doesn't know). I know it isn't healthy to lock myself away but I don't wanna have to deal with the reality of it by seeing people
