first AF after mc??

i've done a complete search of the internet and there seems to be very little info on when AF reappears after a mc.....

i miscarried on march 29th, and my cycle is normally 31days.....so, i'm now 8 days late....

obviously i'm not keeping my hopes up that this is a good sign, but for 'practical' reasons, it really would be handy to know when AF will appear....

does anyone have any words of wisdom on this.....?

oh my gosh.....that sounds awful....

with me it was almost surreal, after the scan to say no heartbeat i've not seen anyone at all, just bled for 12 days.....and then nothing....

maybe i have naively assumed that all will return to normal again.....
