Hi, I'm back but not too good news......
Had a scan but they couldn't see anything, not even a sack but I could only be 4 weeks gone not as far as 6 as my cycles are 4-6 weeks apart. They also say they can see some loose fluid with I supose must be blood..... Also they say my lining is still thick but this could be either the start of blood loss, the baby implanting etc.... Not every conclusive there.
Also they say there is a right cyst on my right ovary which could be nothing but it could also be eptopic :/ As I have had brown to red blood loss (spotting) and some pain quite likely it could be this. Therefore they have taken some bloods and I am to go back next week for more bloods and maybe to have an op if it is eptopic..... :/
Anyone know how many weeks you are before the baby shows up on the scan ie visible to eye? Or how many weeks implantation bleeding normally happens?
Sorry for all the questions, trying to stay positive and not worry as I know from past experience if it's going to happen then there is not much that I can do about it unfortunately.
Thank you for all your kind messages and I hope you and babies are all doing well xxx

I had this with my 2nd baby - they can't really see anything on the scan until about 6/7 weeks pregnant. when i went in bleeding, they did a scan (an internal one) and said "we think we can see something but it is just too early to tell". i was coming up to 6 weeks pregnant. they did my bloods to check hormone levels were going up as they should do and then rescanned me the following week - they saw the heartbeat at that point. They also saw cysts on my ovaries.
try not to worry - i know that is hard, but like i say, i bled for not even a day but it was quite red, and then turned brown and then vanished. Doesn't stop you panicking....hope everything turns out ok for you hun. Will be thinking of you.
take care.
