Rapid weight loss


Hi has anyone lost alot of weight since their miscarriage, i was nearly 9 weeks when i lost little one so not put much weight only around 2 lbs or so but i have lost 12 lbs since the miscarriage nearly 4 weeks ago!!

Hi hun sorry to hear about your mc i had one about 8 weeks ago and ive lost weight but TBO i think mine is stress related after mc i just stopped caring about eating etc. I feel loads better now and trying to get back to normal.

yeah, i suppose thats all true, it's just that i usually struggle to lose weight so it's quite alot for me! Shouldnt complain i suppose it makes me a bit healthier i needed to lose it x

i do too, i am so shocked that this weight has come off!! But hay ho, it seems to be staying off too so thats good x x x
