Wish it would end...

Just a quick summary. Should have been about 10 weeks, but baby was in the 7 week range. Two weeks ago (after MMC was diagnosed/after medical management was started), my HCG was 5350. Last week, dropped to 138...They believed this weeks blood test may be it to reach the "3 or below" criteria, or it could be next week.

I'm spotting super minimally now and the urine test is still positive. (I'll get my blood hcg tomorrow am). Is HCG still being removed from my body, even if I'm not bleeding?

I'm afraid that I'm going to get "stuck" at some point and need a D&C or another round of medical management. I just want to get to TTC again!

Edit: This weeks beta...19.4. Lower, but not the negative we hoped for.

Yup, hcg keeps going down even when you're not bleeding. I'll warn you that it might be pretty slow and tedious towards the end (or at least it was for me). For example, it took two weeks to go from 11 to 7

Thanks Lori for the heads up. I'm going to call this morning to find out but I'm pretty sure it'll be double digits.

(It's still registering positive on a urine test)

And you can't O until it's 0 right?

Do you guys automaticcaly get HCG monitored? No-one has offered this to me and not sure whether it's worth asking at any point.

Yes, I go weekly for one. They said I will do this until I am testing at 3 or below.
