Is this really happening to me?

I am new here and was wondering if anyone could help me? I started bleeding on Tues about 5pm I was then taken into hospital as they thought that I may be having an eptopic preg. I was nearly 7 weeks preg. I was loosing clots only very small ones. No cramping. Had every test going then a scan on Wed, they found the sac in the womb but nothing in it. The bleeding had stopped by then. They think it may be too early to tell so I have to go back a week next Fri for another scan to check. They said that the sack was the right size for weeks and that my cervix was closed. They also found a bleed (blood clot) next to the sack and they said that this is possibly where the bleed was coming from and that I would bleed more as there was still blood inside me. Then Wed pm I came home and the bleeding started again I bled all yesterday the same as before but bit heavier mild crampy pains, still have them and the bleed again this morning. My breasts have gone back to normal size and are not painful, I am devastated. Is this really a miscarriage, be honest with me. I am 99% sure that it is gone, I have been so distraught, anyone had anything like this? Please someone give me some advice I am going crazy!

When i had a miscarrage at 6 and 1/2 weeks, I was bleeding really heavy and I was in alot of pain, I had loads of small clots in it and the blood was bright red.
I had a scan 2 days later and it was completly gone. Not even a sac.
Hopefully you are ok hun, Just take it easy and rest. Keep your feet up.
Luv Cheryl xxx

Hi sorry to hear you're going through this.
When I had my m'c recently I had scan and there was tiny thing there but too early to see heartbeat etc. I went home and bled much more and knew it had passed.
However, some women bleed loads and it turns out bean is clinging on in there.
I really hope you get good news at your scan on Friday.
