miscarrying twins

Hi,

I'm currently in the process of miscarrying my twins. It started on Friday, with just light bleeding, there were both still there on the ultra sound (also the first we knew about having twins). I started heavy bleeding and lost two large clots on Saturday night. The scan in Sunday morning confirmed there was only one sac left, and it was irregular and low, so would lose my 2nd twin too. I was offered the D&C, tablet or continue to let it happen naturally as it had already started. I've decided to do it naturally, and passed another very large clot yesterday which looked like a sac, and it was a lot larger than i thought it would be.

Feeling very lost, we both did alot of crying on Saturday (we knew what was happening but had hope for the 2nd twin), and then Sunday. But i'm not sure when i can face other people. I am a teacher and i'm not sure i can face teaching 14+ year olds next week without breaking down (not good for a teacher). little things are still setting me off (reminders that i am now in week 12 in emails, TV programmes with pregnant ladies in, that i have tickets for the baby show on Friday). We have decided to plant two plants in the garden to remember our babies. Am trying to think positive but feel a huge emptiness inside of me.
