I just wanted to know when I should expect AF to turn up - it will be 28 days on the 20th (Sunday) - Ive had a few cramps, but also sore throat, bad wind and sore boobs, so I reckon she's not far away!

Any advice would be great appreciated

I miscarried 6 weeks ago, I too have had had sore boobs and had light bleeding (very) yesterday so hoping this is the start!


I think average time is 4 - 6 weeks.

Hi Kate.. So sorry to hear about your miscarriage. It took me about 35 days for my period to return after my miscarriage. I read that the average is about 4-6 weeks, depending on how far along you were. Best of luck!!

I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks back in January and had to have a D&C. My first AF arrived 6 weeks and 4 days later and my second AF is due next Monday/Tuesday so again another 6 weeks or so. It can take a few cycles for your system to get back to normal after a mis.

It can take a wee while, the 1st time for me it took 6 weeks and the 2nd time it took 3 weeks...

i had a d&c on feb 22nd and got my period march 25. My cycles are usually about 31-32 days so i wasnt far off. I will say though, you're lucky that at least you have some symptoms as i had absolutely none!! Nothing signalling ov (except for ewcm) or af which is very unusual for me.

I've heard the same as above, have heard of girls having to wait quite a bit and its very frustrating..i know!

Hope af come soon..probably the only time you'll be happy to see her, lol!!xxx

I had a miscarriage 6 weeks ago today and still no sign of AF. I hope she comes soon for the both of us!!

Hope you are ok too. I was just starting to think the same been using my CBFM and all lows so far but it will only be 4 weeks on Sat (seems so much longer if that makes sense?). just hope it comes soon so I can start my first round of Clomid.

I had my d & C 21 days ago and im still bleeding (jus light) . I got scanned again and theres still a bit of linning so they said that they mite have to do another d & C next wednedsay if the tablets that they gave me doesnt work.

I just want mine back to normal also
