First Period after Misscaraige?

i had my daughter in jan 09....
nov 09 i blead for 3 weeks so i took a preg test as i knew sumthign was wrong.. was positive so went straight to hospital..
next day had scan foun out i had misscaraige and was 6 weeks
i then bled for the next 4-5 weeks
had wat i fort was a period wen i should of had one last month but was only 2 days of veryyyy light bleeding
now im due on in the next few days but is worried as i dont know wats going on with my body because i went on the pill straight after that n now im worried whether it was a proper period or i was preg straight away

any help?
