how long did you wait after mc to ttc? and what happened?

Hey ladies,
I had a early MC this week. About 4w6d. I have had two days of heavy bleeding followed by mild spotting which has now turned brown. As I was so early and I feel well I want to ttc again soon as I can.
I know many ladies have managed to ttc straight after but wanted to read some of your experiences if you could share. It would do me the world of good as at the moment I am losing the will to ttc for all the emotional turmoil! I also have one tube as we had an ectopic back in Sept 09. 5 months 2 pregnancies and nothing to show for it is taking its toll. I am hoping some of your stories and their outcomes will give me some much needed hope.

I'm not sure hun but I am also wanting to get straight back into TTC as soon as my bloody body sorts itself out!

Firstly I am sorry for your loss

I m/c last week (6+1) which was confirmed Monday. We talked at length about it and have decided to get straight back to TTC now the bleeding has stopped. I obviously can't give you the happy ending you are hoping to hear from here (yet!), but if it's PMA you are after I will always try to help

I'm starting a TTC journal in the next few days (just need to make sure I am definitely in the right frame of mind) so please feel free to come along and chat.

I hope you have a short TTC journey and that your next pregnancy is a very H&H one

Even after all i have been through i would love to start ttc again right now, but as mine was ectopic, we have to wait 3mths for my body to heal itself as i had my whole left tube removed

so we are going to start ttc again end of April and i am terrified and excited all at the same time... Dr said yesterday that if we dnt conceive within a yr, we are entitled to IVF on the NHS due to my fertility being reduced so i can see a little light at the end of the longet tunnel in the world :-)

Hi, I am sorry for you loss. But wanted to answer your question. I had a MMC in July I was 12wks. Anyway, we were told to wait a couple of months so we went on holiday in August I af came twice whilst on holiday and on the 15 September I had a second. We started trying straightaway and used the internet to chart my ovulation. I am now 17 weeks pregnant. I also wanted to tell you about my sister she had an eptopic when she was 18 she also has also had a number of cysts on her remaining ovary over the last 10 years. Anyway I just wanted you to know that she has also had three happy healthy baby boys as well. To cut a long story short. I would let you heart heal a little and then try again. Sending you lots of

so sorry 4 your loss

in november 04 i had a m/c. had a scan and baby had stopped growing at 8wks and had no h/b. we carried on ttc and i got pregnant in jan 05 only 2 m/c at 5wks. i was beginning 2 think i had a real problem on my hands and that i;d never carry a baby 2 term. we carried on ttc tho and got pg straight away and got bfp in feb 05. thank god all was ok (tho i had spotting at 8wks which had me in floods of tears thinking that i was going 2 m/c again) and dylan was born in nov 05.

i wish you all the luck in the world with ttc and hope that u have the happy and healthy pregnancy that u r longing 4

Sorry for your loss Hunni. I had a mc in July and we waited one cycle , then carried on. It's taken me six months to fall again x
