When it comes to periods after a MC everyone is different, people become irregular for awhile or some become regular straight away I lost my bean in may at 12 weeks and they have been very irregular, but AF is just leaving me now and this is the 1st period that has come roughly on time, came 6 days late, they normaly came every 6 weeks or so. In early dec though i started taking pregnacare conception and did swimming 3 times a week so i think that helped me  Good luck i hope yours work out fine ! |

Hope your body settles down quickly for you hun!  |
