Oh hun i'm so sorry you're going through this. It all sounds normal to me from what i've read from others but its not nice. I haven't experienced it as on my first af at the mo but its certainly a lot heavier and playing tricks on me stopping and starting. Haven't passed any clots but i'm thinking maybe as yours was natural and you didn't have the surgery this is more normal as with the ERPC they are more likely to get even the smallest of clots etc. out., so its probs your body's final stage of recovery. I hope you haven't got any pain with it and it all passes v. soon. Thinking of you. xxx

I wondered the same. I miscarried on the 17th December (was 13 weeks) and today started passing really old brown looking blood and then clots and yucky looking stuff. It's also really really painful cramps.

Could it be AF or still from miscarriage?

same here Lotty and I had D&C on 23rd nov to supposedly avoid all this. keep getting woke up at 5am for the last week or so with the worst pain and then gushing red blood. not sure if its AF or still effects from D&C or mc. had to stay off work today as the pain didn't stop until 10am. spoke to the doctor yesterday and she said its normal and to go to epu for another scan but the snow id horrendous here today so cant even get off the state.

I just hope everytime it happens that this time is the last time. I go to London tomorrow for a night and prague next weekend so im having to pack the painkillers and hot water bottle!

big to everyone going through this horrible experience

Im okay now, i no this sounds absolutely disgusting but i've had a pad in now since about 4ish. Just to monitor the bleeding really. Theres hardly any - i can feel when im gonna have some and i run to the loo, because it feels horrible and thats only been about 5 times. So i think i may have just had the shortest af i've ever had haha. 3 days so far!! xx
