Think im losing my bean but not sure...

Basically i am very early in my pregnancy and i got my BFP last tuesday just a few days before xmas after ttc for yrs. It was my 1st bfp and to say me and DH jumped for joy would be a understatement.

Well xmas nite i wiped an there was a hint of pink on the tissue, yesterday morning was the same and then yesterday around lunchtime i really panicked as i had bright red blood when i wiped and in the toilet water... so i called Dr and she said to go to A&E so i went with DH and they did a urine test which showed i had no infection and that i was of course pregnant, and they examined my stomick to check for swelling and that was fine so he doubts ectopic. So the Dr said it is a "threatened MC" and that it could go either way and that i can be booked in for a early scan next tuesday as i would be 6wks pregnant by then and a heartbeat can be detected or not...

So today i woke up, went the loo and wiped and there a bit of pink... 2 hrs later i wiped and there was a stringy deep red blood clot altho very small, and bright red blood. The flow is now similar to the start of af and is not light but not heavy, just average flow. I have only mild AF type cramps and they are not all the time, they come and go.

When i wiped before there was another stringy clot which was red and pink although not large. Still no pain, just the odd mild cramp...

Please can someone tell me if u think this is a MC?
I am going out of my mind and cnt stop crying.

xxx

I know the waiting and worrying is horrible. My mc started as light pink spotting and then the next day it was red and like a period, smallish clots and I had no pain at all. I hope everything is ok with you when you have scan. xxx

I'm so sorry, I know you must be terribly worried right now. It sounds like it could be an mc, but no one except your doctor can really say at this point... my mc was bright red blood, immediate blood clots, headaches, and lots of intense cramping and vomiting. but everyone's body reacts differently. will keep you in my prayers

I started with spotting, then it went pink everytime i wiped, and then turned into a period type.

It wasn't painful at first - it just felt like a dull ache. But then i started passing clots and stringy stuff. Then i was in pain, i was writhing around. And i felt so much better after the clots were out. I know it sounds horrible - but i didnt care that i was miscarrying at the time, i wanted it to be over.

Hun you WILL know if you are miscarrying.

But every pregnancy is different. I know my sister bled all the way through. Just one of those things. FX'd you see a healthy bean xxxxx

Like the others are saying no one can really say as everyone and every pregnancy is different. What may look like a MC may not be! I have a 3 year old and bled all the way through, going from brown spotting to proper bright red blood and was told my body was threatening to miscarry and he was fine. Then i had a a MMC last week after ttc for 18 months and i spotted just slightly and no pain! So you can bleed and be ok...

Hope it is ok at the scan X
