swelling feeling inside? help

has anyone after a very early miscarraige (5 weeks)been left with a swelling feeling inside, its not painful just feels like a fluttery strange feeling in my uterus and maybe a bit at the side. i tested on a digi on saturday and that confirmed i wasnt pregnant anymore. i had bleeding since wednesday for 3 days although had spotting for days before that. any ideas at all? xx

I know i seem to be bigger. Like im really bloated, and my pants are tighter than usual xx
