Right here's where I am. Lost Harry on 9 nov. Bleeding stopped a week later , so me and DH had sex on monday 16. Had a bit of bleeding for a few days, and then nothing, on day we had sex o got a positive on opk. But thought this was still hcg from being pregnant. Since then I have had no bleeding but AF type pains. Yesterday when I wiped there was a tiny bit of red blood( hoped implantation bleeding), and nothing since. Also had headaches, feel tired and that weird taste in my mouth. The symptoms are probably in my head because I want it so much. But because I havnt had AF yet, how long should I wait to test? And why do I have AF type pains for so long without AF?. I know I prob won't be, what are the chances of getting pregnant a week after? The waiting fir wither a positive opk, AF or a positive pregnancy test are driving me mad.

It's really hard to know what to suggest. I had an MMC on 5th November, and ERPC on 11th November. Today and yesterday, I have been almost doubled over with ovary pains and I am not sure why. Did a pregnancy test yesterday and I am still getting faint positives even though bubs was only 10 weeks, so I would imagine you would still get a positive now even if truly you are not pregnant. Apparently, the half-life of HGC lowers by one half every 36 hours, so it can take over a month to be back at zero.

I am sorry you are struggling like this. I am waiting and wishing for AF. Maybe it would be worth talking to the doctor? Sorry if this is a bit rambling and useless. I really hope you get the answer you want soon.

This is what I dont understand though. I did a opk and pregancy test on monday this week, and every day since for opk, and they all came up negative. I hope it is not my body playing a cruel trick on me(but I dont understand why I am getting symptoms when test said negative, and I was fine the week before). There probably is an explanation for all my symptoms. Forgot to mention sickness as well, yesterday I had to sit up because I felt really sick. Not sure how long I should wait to test. I dont really want to because I know it wll probably be negative

Im sorry hun When i tested i read online that you can get an early positive anywhere between 10 and 19 dpo.Obviously the nearer to the 19th the more chance you have of an accurate result but i'd say take a frer around 14dpo and you should get an accurate result.If af still hasnt turned up re test in 3 days.Sorry i cant be more help hun, really hope you get some answers soon

i could well be wrong but it takes a long time for your hcg levels to go down esp if you were far along....after i had my dd it was about 7 weeks till 1st period xxx

So sorry for your loss..I think it does seem a little early. My m/c was only at 7wks (measured 5w) and it still took me 10 days to get neg on tests (Bleeding dtopped totally after 4/5 days)
I then OV 16 days after m/c (was told this was early) I also used OPK and they started off neg, then went pos then neg again so know it was not left over from m/c.
I got a v faint BFP at 11dpo, strong at 12dpo.

So I m/c on 24th Oct, got BFP on 20th Nov. My dr said that was only just possible and had to do blood tests to check it def was right (which it was)

I think the pos OPK would def be left over hormones as it was only 7 days after.
As it is only 3weeks, it seems a little early to be able to get strong symptoms from new pg.
Our bodies play some horrid tricks on us after a m/c.

Hi, I am feeling similar things, for the past 2/3 days frequent 'wee' trips, so much so that last night I woke 4 times in the night. Several days ago I had a feeling that the cramps I was feeling were ov pain, also nearly doubled over at one point. Since then been weepy, gassy, bloaty, tenderish boobs, not overly tired (which have to admit I was with last 2 pregnancy losses). But I can't shake the pregnancy feeling in me. But to be fair I had two losses very close to each other, so I know its possible to fall pregnant again quickly, but I also think my body is playing tricks (which is cruel!). Part of me hopes this is a pregnancy and another chance, but we haven't really tried this month, we have been more restrained so I think its more a body trick in my case. I am looking at it in a positive and just hoping if not pregnant that I get my AF back in a normal cycle soon. But I know how hard it is, I keep hoping that I don't get it and can test. From fertility friend's calcs and stuff I have read, it is better to read it at 19dpo after m/c then there would be no confusion. So if I get chance to test then I will be doing it on the 9th Dec.

For info, my HCG was 11 on 9th Nov (that was second day of loss bleeding) then 4 on the wednesday, so I reckon mine defo hit 0 before I ov'd - would you girls agree? I am also refusing to get pregnancy tests before I am over any due date in future.
