Worried about possible 1st Cycle date - Help

Hi, my last m/c was Nov 8th as some of you know, we aren't TTC yet trying to wait 2 cycles, give my body a break. However I am recording temps to just see how my body is doing and check for OV signs etc.

Well today I am about 5dpo, and my temperature has dropped a lot, I do have a stuffy nose and woke up breathing through my mouth, so hope its just through this, but I am also getting stomach cramps as tho AF is coming. This is day 18 since m/c, I know sometimes when temperature has dropped this can mean the day before arrival of AF. Basically should I worry at this point that its coming now, only bled for 3 days, or am I ok to think this is perfectly acceptable after the m/c and not take this as how things will be in future? Usually I am quite rational, but today I am feeling a bit worried and common sense has left the building.

Sorry for sounding silly girls, would just like hear other experiences x x

usual rule of thumb is for a first tri loss, your period can come between 4-6 weeks later..i had a 2nd tri loss and my af came at 6 weeks aafter my mc.. i hope this helps x

Thanks, with my first loss at 11 weeks it came 24 days later, I am probably just in a worry mood this morning and because I have had 2nd loss thinking maybe its something wrong with me. As I say I am usually very rational and think logically, but this morning just have the period heeby jeeby's, for me I get it every so often when due. If it comes tomorrow or even later today then I am going to be glad that I can count it as 1 cycle and be 1 step closer to trying again.

Aw hun we went through it at same time, just suprised that I feel like I was getting my period and just thought this is a little early, but guess I should just chill out and relax about things and see what happens. I think part of me is just aware of I have ov'd and secretly wishing I was healthily pregnant again.

Oh well, I defo think my period will come in next day - my appetite has absolutely jumped through the roof!
