Thats so sweet, it sounds like you've got some amazing friends I'd say let it out, dont keep it in or like you said it'll build up and explode, i made a journal in wtt and i found that helped.I went in there and ranted to my hearts content, still do it helps to just write it down and also to see how far ive come since that first entry.

im thinking of starting one, sharing my hourney of both pregnancies...just dunno if im ready to do so yet
