I'll count this as good news: the nurse just called to say they were able to actually schedule the D&C for tomorrow at 9:00 (instead of cramming me in at the end of the day or on an emergency basis, as was expected). That means they had to move up the scan, and it just so happened that there was a cancellation so I'm going in in 2 hours.

At least I will then know for sure what is happening tomorrow, and it won't be super-rushed. I am feeling very positive now, might as well just go with it.
