you have nothing to be sorry for hun.Everything is still very raw and you cant be expected to be 'back to normal' in just a few days.Dont feel you have to try and please anyone or feel bad for being in bed.You have every right to rest up and greive for your little one. There is no time limit as to when you should be feeling any particular way.Thinking of you x x x

You will start feeling better soon I promise - it's bit by bit and you won't feel the same as before, but you will find the strength when you're ready. Til then take the time you need - your GP should sign you off work so you won't loose your job and you have just lost a child which is the bit people don't seem to get and a bit of time off work should be the least of your worries! try to tell OH that you just need some time. Please keep writing here hun - we understand and will all try to help as much as poss

Thank you so much. I am lucky, my work have been great. I will go back some point next week, but I don't think I can face tomorrow. I just want to stay in bed forever, but I do feel a little better today. Me and OH had a long chat. I see now what you are all saying, he is hurting every bit as much, he is just coping the only way he knows how. We were talking about the future, getting healthier, losing weight and what will come. He wants to start trying asap, but respects my decision that I want to wait a while. I can't live with my guilt that me being a little overweight was the issue. I need a little while, to heal. We are considering Feb, but it's extremely provisional. I think having a time has been good for him though.

You are all deeply wonderful people. Sending you all love and healing
