first cycle after m/c

The witch got me this morning finally. The first one since my m/c. I'm still clotting a lot. Is it okay for me to start wearing tampons again or do I need to wait until all the clotting is gone?

Hi Britt

When I got my first AF after my m/c, I carried on as if it were a normal cycle and wore tampons - no one told me not to so I assumed.

There may be others girls on the forum who would advise differently.
