Can you use a tens machine during miscarriage?

I have a little tens machine which I use for period pain relief. Would it be safe to use when I experience pain from miscarriage?

Hi

as far as I know I don't see why not, all a TENS does is use electrical pulses to block pain signals from going back and forth to the brain, obviously wouldn't be safe to use in pregnancy pre-labour but I don't see why you couldn't use it for the miscarriage.
