Some one please advise!

This morning i awoke to descover that i had been bleeding over night. I had cramps yesterday and a sore back but i was not too worried. This morning when i went to the loo a felt a sudden swoosh. I have to say i was frightened to look in the loo but i did. I can not really describe what i saw but it looked like clots and tisue, there was quite a lot. Now i am still bleeding but only slightly. I think i have had a miscarriage, i am 9 weeks, 2 days. I am frightened to even call the doctor as i really do not want to face what has happened. Is this normal? I thought that i would have had some waring that this was going to happen! I feel so lost............help xxxx

Oh honey, I'm afraid it sounds like you may have had a MC. It's hard to hear I'm sure and I hope and pray I am wrong but I think with the symptons you describe it's likely. Be brave, call the doctor or go to your nearest Early Pregnancy Unit. I hope you can find some strength to do this - you must look after yourself!

the same happened to me but i bleed before i passed the clot/tissue. and i had already been to epu and was told that i was miscarrying and to expect this, am so sorry for you hun and really think you need to contact the epu and they will be able to tell you what is going on. but most likely they will want to take blood to check your hormone levels and then repeat this in 48 hoursto make sure they are dropping. of you need to talk just message me xxx

I am so sorry, although you are scared now you realy should see your Doctor and have a scan just to confirm this and also to prevent you from getting any infections if they are products still remaining, so that you may not affect your chances of concieving in the future.

Yes please do go to EPU as soon as you can for a scan to confirm what is going on. Request HCG blood tests as well. Sorry you went through this awful shock. xx

Hi

I'm sad to say but that does sound like it may well have been a miscarriage . As it finished quite quickly it may well be that you have some retained tissue; so its really important to get yourself checked out asap.

it is very scarey but you need to get checked out - what you have experienced is a natural miscarrage and the cramps and backache would have been a sign but you may not have associated it - I know I didn't

thinking of you xx

please get checked out honey, passing clots doesn't mean you've passed anything as yet.
