| We were told by our consultant that it was ok to ttc immediately following our two previous miscarriages. He said they normally only say to wait for dating purposes. I had our second miscarriage on the 16th Jan 06 and fell pregnant around Valentines Day.
We sadly miscarried again last month but are ttc again. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I was told to wait for one cycle before trying but only for dating purposes. I miscarried nearly three weeks ago and started trying as soon as I could as I felt this was the only way for me to get over things. Both myself and Hubby are excited about trying again and its mad how much sex you want this time around! Must be natures way of replacing what its lost - no complaints from Hubby! I have been having nightmares and have one huge spot on my face - both were signs lastime that I was pregnant, fingers crossed! | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Thank you for this information. My best friend lost her baby due to miscarriage a few weeks ago. We were talking about this very thing and if it was ok to ttc right after. I really didn't know if it was ok or not, but did hear that one can be quite fertile right after a miscarriage. | | | | Status: Online

We didn't manage to get pg straight after my mc, but we gave it a good shot! I've only had one AF and am praying that this might be our month as the bbs are a bit sore.................
Good luck to everyone TTC...this has to be our month! | | | | Status: Online

I'm Currently Feeling: | Ibviously I had a late miscarriage and no ones told us if we should wait. Although my midwife visited me the other day and said she see's no reason why we can't try soon.
We're still not sure when we're going to start trying but it got cut from a year to 3-6 months in a day! | | | | Status: Online

I'm Currently Feeling: | hiya, I m/c on 12/12/06; we were 7 weeks....we were told to wait for 1st af to arrive....but really when we were ready...I got my af on 04/01/07 and my bfp on 27/01/07 and our gorgeous daughter was born in september at 35 weeks
I think the body will only get pg when it has healed sufficiently to carry a pregnancy.
I'm not sure how emotionally ready I was though, but physically I was ok. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Ive read so many conflicting pieces of information about this. Some say only for dating, some say lining needs to build up.
Im so worried that i might get pregnant again and then lose it because i havent given myself enough time for the lining to buil up again after the erpc.
Does anybody actually know any doctors or seen any actual evidence that supports either way?? | | | | Status: Offline
