So sorry to hear of your loss. Like the others said since it was so early in your pregnancy you probably didn't need the injection.

Hi,

I suffered a missed micarriage last week at 10 weeks - the baby had died at 8 weeks. I had to go into hospital for a D&C and while I was in there, the Doctor told me I had to have the Anti-D shot as regardless of how early you are in your pregnancy, once you either miscarry or give birth you have to get the shot - the reason being because your blood and the baby's blood will cross paths during miscarriage or birth. I would definitely check it out again as there was no doubt in my Doctor's mind that I needed the shot for future pregnancies.

Hi AS1

Sorry to hear about your loss lovely. I hope that you are coping okay?

I think that different hospitals must operate differently as I asked the doc and she said that I would not need one. I hope that I will be okay for the next pregnancy

Sending you a hug
