Miscarriage?

Yesterday, when I used the bathroom, I noticed that I was having some bleeding and that it was not very heavy but was red in color. DH says reddish brown, I say red. It got heavier on and off through the night. Woke up this morning and had two very heavy tp checks then, lighter. Have not had any clots. Yesterday I was in a lot of pain, felt like with my other miscarriages. But I have not had any clots or anything. Hospital is not being helpful, only saying if I am miscarrying there is nothing they can do....I am terrified I am losing this baby, I am 4 weeks 4 days today, what does this sound like to you ladies? Really need some advice, am I losing my baby or is there hope?

im not sure but if you are not losing clots, that must be a good sign that eggy is still inside. if the bleeding persists, i think you should go to a and e but they will not be able to see eggy on scan at 4 weeks. i think at 5 weeks they can, but im really not sure. sorry if ive not been much help.

I am sorry to hear you are going through this, I would say that some people have bleeding in early preg and go on to have healthy pregnancies, however you have been through this before and you probably know your body better than anyone else. Is there another hospital close to you? if so go there and ask them to check out your bloods, you have had previous miscarriages so they should understand your fears. I'm sorry I cant be any help but my thoughts and prayers are with you xx

hi honey i really hope its not a mc , you should go up too epu and see if you can get your bloods taken to make sure that they are rising xx

i had an ectopic pregnancy, the bleeding started this way went straight to gp same day luckily she was very helpful and got me an early scan the next morning at hospital, this was when they confirmed that the pregnancy was not in the uterus but a build up of fluid indicated it was in the tube.
i am telling you this not to scare you but just to let you know that i was really lucky they caught it early before too much damage was done. i am not saying this is what is happening to you and i hope all is well but if they havnt offered you blood test or early scan to check it out , do push them to just incase
