Bleeding after Miscarriage

As many of you know i lost my baby at 20 weeks and 4 days. Was just wondering how long it took everyone to stop bleeding?

Just when I think it's starting to slow down, it starts back up again. It's been a week and a half since my angel was born.

Oh hunni so sorry for your loss.

I was just under 18 weeks when Gillian was born, I bled for about a week or so afterwards (although I got alot removed in emergency surgery), then on and off again for a few weeks.

It should settle down soon, unfortunately as you were far on, its similar to the bleeding after a full term birth.

If you are worried at all, or are using alot of pads (having to change alot) then give your dr a bell and get checked out, you dont want to loose too much and be low in iron or anything.

I lost Beau at 21 weeks and I bled for 2-3 weeks afterwards. Then inbetween that and my first period I had annoying on and off spotting/cramping. After my first period though I pretty much went back to normal

I bled quite heavily for a couple of weeks, then on and off until my period (35 days pp)

Every time I thought it was stopping it got going again, was acomplete nightmare fir me tbh as I went back to work 4 days after

I bled for 3 weeks after my loss at 15 weeks. It seems like a lifetime especially after not having any bleeding for so many months. I was told that there would be off and on bleeding for the first 2 months following.
