3rd Miscarriage.... :(

Hi all,

I've not been on here for nearly a year now as I suffered 2 miscarriages late 2007 and early 2008. Just found out last thursday that im 4 weeks pregnant again....so happy but the last 2 days i've had back pain, stomach cramps (light) red blood loss (only when I wipe tho)..... can't belive it's happening again....
Has anyone else been through the same and had a healthy pregnancy after so many miscarriages.... sorry to post such a negative 1st thread

I dont have a sucess story yet but now youv had 3 m/cs your entitled to testing for multiple m/cs..

a friend of mine had four early m/c and is now 5months preggs-there is always hope
you must be feeling gutted,sorry you are going through this

So sorry for your losses, and that you're going through this now - but don't give up all hope on this pregnancy yet - plenty of women get a bit of bleeding and cramps and still have healthy pregnancies. You might still be ok.

I have read lots of threads on here from women who have had multiple m/cs and gone on to have healthy full-term pregnancies. And I have a personal friend who had three m/cs and then had two healthy babies.

thank you all for your kind words. i find great comfort in them. i am going to see how the next few days go but im pretty sure i know the answer. i find with this situation false hope is worse as it makes the shock even worse, i feel the quicker i can accept it the easier it gets
