I know how you feel - like I've said before, I got so upset last month. I think its because I tested every day after about 7DPO - sooooo not a good idea!

Nothing to report today. Apart from that I am ecstatic that it is now the weekend, and I'm off work on Monday cos its my birthday - woo hoo!

Gonna try and go down the gym tomorrow. Plus it'll be the last day that Rob and I can have sex for a few days. He has to abstain for 3 days before he submits his 'sample' on Tuesday. Poor baby - the things we make our men go through!!

Hey everyone,

Sorry I haven't been around lately. AF got me on Thursday, and I just haven't really felt like writing. I'm ok about it - in fact I'm quite happy that I'm not pregnant at the moment.

Reason being - I need to lose weight. Like, seriously. If I were to get pregnant at this weight, god knows how big I would be after 9 months!!

So yes, me and Rob have both started the Cambridge Diet. We started it last Wednesday, and I have lost 9lbs so far, and Rob has lost 11lbs. If we can stick to this, I'm sure it'll help us to conceive. I really doubt that my current weight is helping me to get pregnant.

In other news though, Rob had his semen analysis done last Tuesday - hopefully we'll get the results sometime this week, or next.

I'm not really sure how to proceed with TTC - my heart really doesn't want to stop trying, but my head says that it would be unhealthy to carry on at the moment.

Condoms here we come I think.......

Sorry she got you! But glad that you are ok about it!
Good for you losing weight! I just looked up what the Cambridge Diet was and I have done slimfast in the past but can't do it for long as i found I got too hungry after about a week - i'm rubbish! But good that you are doing it as a couple as that helps!

Ok, scrap my previous entry.

I can't stop TTC, I just can't. Soooooooo, new plan is:

• continue with the diet, and try and lose as much weight as possible (14lbs down so far - yay!)
• if/when I get pregnant, I'll stop the diet, and make an effort to eat really healthily, so that I do not put on a stupid amount of weight whilst pregnant.
• Still try and be 'relaxed' about TTC; i.e, no OPK's, no BBT testing etc etc

I said to Rob yesterday, that since we weren't trying at the moment, it was getting to that time of the month where he should start wearing condoms. As soon as I said it out loud, I realised that I wouldn't be able to do it. What if this is meant to be our month??! I'm a strong believer in fate, and if this month is meant to be our month, who the hell am I to try and stop it??!

So yes, I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaack!!
