I'm Currently Feeling:  | Hiya Birdy chick! I didn't read the post you deleted but I really hope you're feeling a bit better now Don't beat yourself up about one lapse in smoking. The important thing is that you know fags are bad and that you are doing your best - but you are only human chicken!! One day of binge-smoking is not going to make any difference. I don't smoke and I don't condone smoking when ttc, but just for the record, my mum smoked from aged 14 to about 54 non-stop, through two pregnancies and I turned out ok! (Not sure about my bro tho  ) |
