i heard the same about the practice practice thing ...only if your partner has a low sperm count then you can do every other day but if not better to do it as many times you can handle !!!

I don't know if i O'd yesterday!!!!!!!!
I had a horrible nights sleep, did get another Bding in last night, but my back is absolutely killing me... I don't know what's up with it, i fell asleep after bding, and woke up at 3am this morning, then i got a text at 5:30 so i don't know if my temp could be wrong as well.....

I am hoping my chart is like last month where it went up slowly, and then stayed up......

I don't know what im going to do if i don't O this month....

We have bedded now for 10days straight.... what more can i do??????

Thanks celine, im a nervouse wreck, and OH has noticed, as i took my temp and was actually peed off......

So hoping it goes up again tomorow morning, but my last cycle was also slowly moving upwards.....
