Morning girls CD5 and doing supper dooper today...
Had a good nights rest, been taking it easy and starting Bding tonight, as i am officially rid of the ....

Feeling very positive, me and my good friend miel are going to have a go at the big LOSE WEIGHT thing, and im jacked up to get something going for me in my life, so if weight loss will at least make me feel beter about myself so be it...

Also hoping i can motivate OH to join in with me to get it going for him as well, we both need a kick start in the right direction....

It's so lovely to hear you sounding more bright and positive hunnie! Focussing on weight loss/health is also a great idea -- I did that a couple of months back and found it made me feel so much better about myself -- also it was great to have another project other than ttc!

hey Jacky
so am getting all gear up for sunday
i have this little work out 30 minutes i can do at home it's some yoga moves with a big ball (like the ball you use for helping for labor ) and some light weighs for shaping my arms ...

so the most important thing for us is to not jumping meals and have some yummy healthy snacks between them

Sunday morning i will step on the scale and i will start with whatever my weigh will be on that morning ...and i will report to you on the next sunday ( no lie if we don't lose we don't lose ! sometimes it happen ...your body is in shock and wonder what the hell is going but may be we will end up losing more the week after ...hoefully

so let's say good luck to us !!! on losing our big fat bellies!!!
we are going to be so smoking hot

Morning... morning... morning....

I am doing fab today, i am wearing my blue bulls shirt, and back into my Baby making time....

Upset thou FF has given me 5days free use of VIP and it is amazing to use it... but i don't have a credit card so i can't purchase it... I use to have one but got myself into alot of debt... so no credit card...
Will just have to make due of my normal FF fetures....

So i have a fab weekend planned starting of with a late sleep in tomorrow, then have som fun with the puppies, and then take little rollo on a strole on the farm.

Then i have my niece 3rd birthday to attend on sunday, but also the sundayschool play now what do i leave family, or my sunday school kids... Me and OH are sunday school teachers....
