chewing gum

i'm not sure where i should have put this, but since kids-teens or even parents have chewing gum now a days, i thought this could be helpful!

the other day whilst i was lying in bed, my OH dropped his chewing gum right into my hair.. and i don't just mean a little bit.

it got so ridiculously stuck that i was in tears, it was at the top of my head and i was NOT prepared to cut it.

so, to spare your little ones hair from angry scissor carrying mum;

i'll tell you now that it's NO JOKE when i say;

Peanut butter is the answer to removing it from hair, aside from sticking your head in the freezer!
Honestly, coat it in peanut butter and the gum will slip right out.

I suggest you remember this, because you never know when it just might happen!

Funny enough, never had this happen nor have my kids had it stuck to their hair. BUT, my dog, different story. LOL Kids often drop their gum and somehow my dog manages to lay in it or something.

Gosh, sorry, complete baby-brain, i forgot i made this thread:P

Well, my grandma was actually the one to tell me. I was slightly skeptical, as the poor love is always coming out with complete crazy things, but for once i took the plunge and followed her advice (i was livid).. and my god, she was right!!
