| Mum (Mom) BnB Spammer Elite  Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: BC, Canada Posts: 26,691 | Yay Amanda *UPDATE* Amanda was informed today that she is one of 80 students in our city that was selected to design an Olympic themed banner that will be professionally printed and hung on a street in our city for the Torch Relay and on through the end of the Olympics. 80 Students will be working on this banner but so pleased that Amanda is a part of it.  UPDATE: Well, here I thought all the images would be put on one huge banner, but in reality, they each get their own banner that will be hung on the streets. A sneak preview of a few I saw the other day at the school board meeting. http://www.sd35.bc.ca/board/default.aspx Haven't seen Amanda's banner yet but have seen the image that will be on it  |
