Fulltime work -What do you do with the kids during school hols?

Just thinking probably a bit premature, but what do you do with the kids once you have gone back to work? either full or part time theres still the school hols to sort?

I don't think I can rely on parents due to health reasons, so would i need to look at child minders? or should a work place let me have time off in hols.

Just wondered what everyone does so i can get an idea.

i would look at childminders for you situation because they are younger,

in the six weeks hols i had 1 weeks off oh had 1 week and i had 1 end of the holidays, the other weeks she went between my mum and my ex mil.

the other weeks i bluffed trough, i had a week here and there so did my oh.

she went to her old childminders if i were really stuck.

but when she was alot younger she was at childminders after school anyway so just upped the hours.

as she got older like 13-14 yrs old i could trust her on her own the odd days anyway.

was that much use lol prob not.
