Hi there,
Just found out last night wife is pregnent  . We have been trying for a little while but am still in a bit of shock 
It's 1st trimester and have done 2 tests to make sure but i have no idea what the process is in terms of scans , tests etc and am feeling a little outta my depth

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Hiya and welcome. As Nikki said, phone GP to get a booking in appointment, they will referr your wife to MW or give her a number to make an appointment, it depends on area.
