hello!

Hi all, im new here.

I found out i was pregnant last wednesday (just before the Apprentice UK started!)

Im really scared as this is my first pregnancy and im not really sure what to do.... also (TMI time!) I havent been poo for ages so im staring to get a bit..um blocked up lol...is that normal?

That's normal, I wasn't going for 3 days at a time sometimes. It got quite sore.

Hi ) Yeah its normal..might help to pop to the doctors so he can give you something though coz it does get a pain in the ass...quite literally lol
