Another TTC newbie!

Hiya girlies!
Im Alice, 26, and me and fiance are trying for our first baby! We've been trying for about 8 weeks. I'm feeling much different this time around, i've been having what seems like implantation cramps and spotting, a difference in my breasts, and an increased temperature. Im holding off doing a test for another week or so - which is very frustrating!
