Introduce Yourself

Haaiii, I've always looked after my older friends children,
and I adore them. I believe through all my experiences,
I would be able to enjoy a child, even though.....
I am 15. There is no problems, financially or anything,
just the fact that I'm not sure if I am actually pregnant....

My name is Christina and I am 15,
two night ago after sex, almost right after,
I felt quite bubbly in my baby area.
But it hs turned into like a menstural pain,
and usually this only lasts about a day....
and going on two its still going on....
the suspence is killing me. i would be proud to be a mom,
but if i have to wait thats okay tooo.
But i dont want to think one way and have it go the other,
and break my heart. I'm quite confussed on what to do,
and its to early for a HPT, so if anyone could give me details on
theire first week/days of known pregnancy I would thank them
ever so much. Wherre I live people look down on young moms,
I dont see a problem at all. But I just need some re assurence you know??

Hi Christina, welcome to the forums. I've been in your shoes before, so I can understand how you feel. Whether it's the guilt, or anxiety, fear, the worrying...it can really boggle your brain. Although it's hard to say don't stress yourself out, just take a breath and take care of yourself. I was a total wreck when i had a prego scare in my teens, i'd hate to wish that on anyone, it's good to have a place like this to let it all out and it's good you opened yourself up to seek comfort and help!

Well first, 2 days after sex is probably a bit early to get any symptoms. Sometimes I get the feelings you describe too. I'd hate to be a bit blunt or give TMI but it could be the result of being a bit 'rough' or air and other "stuff" being trapped in there lol. The feeling is still a bit weird for me too.

2 days is definitely still early, and then it would depend on your monthly cycles as well, when your ovulation day is etc. Do a little research, look around the forums, or ask here and i'm sure you'll find and get all the answers you're looking for.

It could just be a little pregnancy scare

but either way, you'll be ok sweetie! Hang in there

Well its strange because, I know its early... and my friend was saying
she "just knew" or "she knew the feeling"... and we weren't rough....
I mean Im not worried, I'd like some more support, but i just want an
answer so i know i have to start being carefull and all that stuff.....

just anxious. =\

It is quite unusual for you to 'know' or get that feeling.
However, I dont think it is impossible. A woman I work with told me that after sex, she rolled over and told her hubby she was pregnant. She just knew it, and they weren't trying or anything. She told him a couple days later it was twins. She said she just 'knew'. Of course, her hubby thought she was crazy. However, she went to the doc, and he confirmed she was pregnant... and with twins!
