Hello everyone, glad to be here
A bit about me - I'm 32, married 10 years to a wonderful man, TTC for about two years now.
Last year, after about a year of trying, we finally got pregnant. Soon after I found out, I miscarried and things got very complicated. I ended up having surgery for a rare condition (uterine AVM) and was told by one doctor afterwards that I would be just fine, and by another that I'd be lucky to ever get pregnant again, and have read scary things about conceiving after AVM surgery (embolization).
We're throwing caution to the wind and trying again, though I'm scared, and right now I'm crossing my fingers for the next couple weeks to see if this month is the month; what a Christmas present that would be!
I decided it would be a good idea to join a group of people in a similar frame of mind, rather than constantly trying to talk about babies to my friends and poor husband, so I'm off to read all your posts now
