Hello
I'm Mira, 21, from Canada.
I'm currently 15 weeks pregnant with my first child, due on April 4th, 2008. My fiance and I found out we were expecting in August -- we're both excited to start our family. Don't know whether we're having a boy or a girl yet, but I am pleased to report that so far, everything appears to be going well. The baby's heartbeat has been strong and steady at all of my appointments, my tests have all come back normal, and the ultrasounds I had done early on (precautionary, as I've had health problems in the past) have shown a healthy little baby, growing normally.
I'm excited about all of this, but also very nervous about becoming a mother. I'm mainly joining this forum in hopes of meeting other mothers who can offer advice both during pregnancy and when the baby comes -- I kind of feel like I'm stumbling blind here!
