On my deed poll it says I cannot use name until date signed so if I sign it and get it witness and we date 01/09 I can't use the name until that date so if I don't sign it at all its not my name yet is that right? Probably stupid but asking anyway lol!! |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Kayleigh asked for her surname to be changed when I changed mine back to my maiden name after my divorce, and she couldn't use it until we had it witnessed.
She wanted to have the same surname as me, and then I go and get remarried!!!!   |
