I'm Currently Feeling: | Rent or Buy To rent or to buy, that is the question. What have you ladies chosen or felt were important decisions in reference to renting or buying. Right now buying a home may seem like a bit much but at the same time I feel as though renting may diminish my ability to buy as it would dwindle my savings. Basically I'd prefer to pay a mortgage than pay rent. What are your opinions on this or experiences even? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I say Buy. If have the ability to do it, then go for it. It will be the best decision you can ever make. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I bought my first house and made alot of money out of it, the mortgage was cheaper than renting!
Personally Id always buy, It may be a worry and a strugle sometimes, but I want to try really hard to have something to leave my children when Im not around. And It narks me to pay someone elses mortgage!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | If we both get full time work then we will look into saving and getting a house but right now were working on replacing most of the furniture we have. |
